Guests are expected to uphold an atmosphere of refinement, courtesy, and respect towards other guests, our team members, and the venue itself. Disruptive, inappropriate, aggressive, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour, including behaviour influenced by intoxication, may result in denied entry, removal from the premises, or refusal of service at our sole discretion, without refund.
You agree to follow all house rules, instructions from our staff, and any additional guidelines communicated in relation to specific events or private bookings.
3. Reservation Policy
Our fine dining experiences, exclusive poker evenings, and many private or corporate events operate on a reservation-only basis. All bookings are confirmed subject to availability and may be secured with additional details such as party size, seating preference, and any special requirements. We do not offer any form of online gaming, remote participation, or real-money gambling. Poker at Tablee And Grill is not a platform for financial gain, professional competition, or high-stakes wagering. Any chips, points, or scoring mechanisms used during poker evenings are for entertainment purposes only and have no monetary value outside of the structured experience communicated on the night.
Participation in poker evenings is by prior reservation only and may be subject to additional eligibility checks or house rules communicated before or during the event. Guests must always follow guidance from our hosts and staff to preserve safety, fairness, and the intended social nature of the experience.
6. Payment & Charges
All prices for food, beverages, and events at Tablee And Grill are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by New Zealand law. We reserve the right to adjust prices periodically in response to market conditions, ingredient costs, and operational considerations.
Unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation, full payment is due at the time of service or upon conclusion of your dining experience or event. We may accept a range of payment methods, which will be communicated on-site or at the time of booking. Where deposits, prepayments, or minimum spends apply (for example, for private dining or corporate functions), the applicable terms will be outlined during the reservation process.
You are responsible for reviewing your bill and raising any concerns with our team before completing payment. By settling your account, you confirm that the charges are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
7. Liability & Responsibility
We take reasonable care to provide a safe, comfortable, and well-managed environment for all guests. However, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own conduct and that of any minors or guests under your supervision while on the premises.
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Tablee And Grill is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the property, nor for any injury, incident, or disruption arising from failure to follow our house rules, disregard of staff instructions, intoxication, or any behaviour that is unsafe or inconsistent with the refined atmosphere we maintain.
Poker and any related social games offered at the venue are strictly recreational and are not designed or promoted as a means of financial gain, professional competition, or real-money gambling. You participate voluntarily and accept that these activities are for leisure only. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in New Zealand.
